Allyson Gofton has been inspiring the food on Kiwi family tables for over 15 years. Along with providing some favourite recipes on television's 'Food in a Minute', Allyson has written numerous cookbooks and regularly travels the country hosting charity demonstrations. In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the TV Series, Hyundai Country Calendar, Allyson and her team - Joan Gilchrist and Alan Gillard – went on tour, hunting out a raft of new recipes for you to enjoy for an amazing edition of Hyundai Country Calendar Homestead Baking Book.  

As we traveled the country I was in awe of the majestic beauty of this country, it seemed fitting to be inspired by Country Calendar 50th year anniversary. Throughout our journey, we visited families who have previously been featured on Hyundai Country Calendar and they shared with us some of their great old family baking recipes.
