Watch Over the Fence as we visit a neighbouring craftsman, Ross Johnston who hand-makes beautiful bespoke knives from discarded steel in his backyard forge, Blackbird Valley. 

Each Knife is individual crafted and produced for various purposes including kitchen knives, knives for fishing and hunting knives. All knives are made from quality recycled steel, with handles carved from native New Zealand timbers.
